Last updated 4 November 2026. These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Charged Up Digital (ABN 46 335 142 159).
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you sign a proposal or service agreement with us, that document applies too, and it takes priority if anything differs.
We provide websites, search engine optimisation, Google Business Profile management, social media, Google and Meta advertising management, tracking, CRM setup and automation for businesses. The packages, inclusions and prices on this website are a guide. Your exact scope is confirmed in writing before we start.
Monthly packages have a 3-month minimum term so the work has time to deliver results. After that, packages continue month to month until either of us gives written notice, as set out in your agreement.
Advertising spend (Google and Meta), software subscriptions (such as website hosting, Zapier and your CRM), domain names and business email are billed to you directly by those providers. These are not included in our fees, and the accounts stay in your name.
We work hard to get you found and to bring in enquiries, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, numbers of leads or sales. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, budget, competitors and how quickly enquiries are followed up.
To do our job well we need accurate information, timely approvals and access to the accounts we manage. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos and content you give us.
You own your domain, your Google, Meta and CRM accounts, your customer data and, once paid for, the website and content we create for you. We keep ownership of our own templates, processes and know-how.
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
